JMA Solutions, LLC, a management consulting firm in Washington DC, is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to develop products using cutting edge technologies as part of a large modernization effort that has significant industry focus.  You will be an integral component of a team of passionate and enthusiastic IT professionals.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, integration with different systems, software release management, and operations.

JMA is surge staffing for this position with an anticipated end date in June of 2026, with a potential for an extension.

Duties

• Responsible for designing, developing and operating products in Cloud platform for enterprise-wide use.  These products include modern enterprise applications accessible and responsive via any device (web/mobile).
• Develop quality products using industry best practices. 

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related field and 15 years of relevant experience
• Frontend/Integration: Full stack development with secure web applications and service integrations using Angular, Prime faces, JSF
• Reporting: Jasper Reports, PDF generation & conversion (Jasper → PDFBox)
• Other Strengths: RDBMS expertise, ORM, and performance optimization
• Backend: JAXB, SOAP Web Services, Spring (Core, Security), Hibernate, Jakarta Servlets

Preferred:

• Experience with or exposure to Cloud, DevSecOps and CI/CD tools such as Ansible and Jenkins

Salary: $106,000 - $135,000 dependent on experience level and location.  JMA offers a full benefits package including vision, health, prescription drug, dental, company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance, as well as a 401K retirement plan with a company match.
